A new article co-authored by our faculty member Prof. Dr. Emel Parlar Dal, together with Mert N. Matsumoto and Gülsiye Akın, has been published in the Journal of European Integration.
Titled "Minilateralism in Practice: Assessing the EU’s and its Members’ Selective Embrace of Minilateral Diplomacy", the article examines the European Union's and its member states' increasing reliance on minilateral diplomacy and analyzes the strategic conditions under which this form of diplomacy has been adopted. The study offers important insights into the literature on European integration and international cooperation.
